The invention relates mainly to a block (1) comprising two construction elements (2) secured to one another, characterized in that each construction element (2) comprises fitting-together and centring means of a first type referred to as male (43), which are formed on one of its upper or lower faces, and fitting-together and centring means of a second type referred to as female (44) of a shape that complements that of the male fitting-together and centring means (43) and which are formed on the opposite, upper or lower, face, in that the fitting-together and centring means of one same type (43, 44) are formed on set-forward faces (40) of the construction elements (2), and in that the fitting-together and centring means of the other type (43, 44) are formed on the set-back faces (41) of the construction elements (2).
