DOOR LOCK FIXTURE ARRANGED TO BE MOUNTED ONTO A TUBULAR MEMBER
A door lock fixture comprising a faceplate (1) and a fixture body configured to be mounted with its fixture body through an elongated slot in a wall (5) of a tubular member with the faceplate engaging an outer surface of said wall. The faceplate comprises an opening arranged to receive a bolt (17a, 17b) for fixing the door lock fixture to the tubular member. The fixture body comprises a support arm (11) which is slideable between a retracted position in which the fixture body can be inserted through said elongated slot and an extended position. A nut (14) configured to receive said bolt is irrotatably and slideably mounted on the support arm between a rest position and an engaging position in which the nut, when the support arm is in its extended position, is arranged to engage an inner surface of said wall to clamp said wall between the faceplate and the nut.
