Use of a tableware for the behavioral therapy treatment of an eating disorder of a user of the tableware, wherein the tableware includes a well area for adding food, and a mirror disposed in a mirror section (12M, 22M) of the well area wherein the mirror area is covered with food when filling the tableware with food and is exposed when the food is consumed, thus allowing the user to see an image of their face in the mirror.
