A structural anti-seismic isolator (1; 50; 100) of the sliding pendulum type comprising a lower plate (2), an upper plate (3; 52), a movable dissipation shoe (4; 53; 103) arranged simply resting against the lower plate (2) and the upper plate (3; 52) between which it is interposed in such a manner as to oscillate freely on an inner surface (2a, 3a; 52a) of the lower plate (2) and the upper plate (3; 52), whereby said movable dissipation shoe (4; 53; 103) comprises a base shell (5; 54; 104) which is made of plastic material with high friction coefficient and has one or more through holes (7; 56; 106) made in its thickness, inside at least one of which one or more elementary sliding couplings (8; 57; 108) made of plastic material with high friction coefficient are firmly housed.
