The present invention relates to a removable device (8) for the temporary but secure parking of bicycles that are each provided with an antitheft device (9) along barriers (3), in particular temporary free-standing barriers, having a horizontal element (2) of the tube or bar type situated at a height of between around 1.50 m and around 0.60 m above the ground. Such a device, which is intended to cooperate with the barriers, is characterized in that it comprises, at its front part, means (1) for provisionally fixing it to the horizontal element (2) of the barrier (3) and, at its rear part, means (4) for supporting it on the ground, in that it also comprises two metal tubes (6, 7) that are welded together at at least two points and thus belong to a substantially vertical plane substantially perpendicular to the horizontal element (2) of the barrier, at least one of these two tubes (6, 7) being bent (6a, 7a) so as to define, with the other tube (7, 6), a closed substantially vertical frame (5), at least one of these two tubes (6, 7) being intended to cooperate with the antitheft device (9) with which the bicycles are provided, and in that at least one end of at least one of the two tubes (6, 7) is secured either to the provisional fixing means (1) or to the means (4) for supporting on the ground.
