A sanitary fitting for dispensing hot water has an actuation device (8) equipped with two electrical actuation elements (10, 14). In order to initiate hot water dispensation, actuation of both actuation elements (10, 14) is required. The actuation device (8) also has two separate control devices (12, 16) each being associated with one of the two actuation elements (10, 14).
