The present invention relates to a fresh concrete composition comprising at least: i) a hydraulic binder comprising: - from 20% to 40% by weight of Portland cement clinker based on the total weight of said binder, - from 45% to 75% by weight of filler based on the total weight of said binder, and - from 5% to 15% by weight of material of ultrafine particle size based on the total weight of said binder, selected from hydraulic additives, pozzolanic additives, ultrafine cements and mixtures thereof, ii) at least one superplasticiser or plasticiser, iii) water, and iv) aggregates.
