FITTINGS FOR A CASEMENT WINDOW AND WINDOW EQUIPPED THEREWITH
Fittings for a casement window with a secondary leaf, on which in mounted condition an alternating profile (4) is attached, the fittings comprising leaf fittings (2) for mounting on the leaf and casement fittings (1) for mounting on the alternating profile, wherebythe leaf fittings comprise a corner transmission (16) with a bridging latch (18) couplable thereto for a top corner of the leaf, and a corner transmission (16) with a bridging latch (18) couplable thereto for a lower corner of the leaf, andthe casement fittings for each corner transmission comprise an operating lever (9a,b) and a casement latch (10a,b), and whereby in mounted condition of the fittings the casement latch is slideably connected to the operating lever and is connected to the corresponding bridging latch via a bridging piece (26) through a slot (6) in the alternating profile such that the movements of the corresponding operating lever are converted into a simultaneous sliding movement of the casement latch and the bridging latch and said sliding movement is transferred perpendicularly to the corner transmission coupled to the bridging latch.
