A mounting arrangement for forming a room delimitation, in particular a ceiling system, comprising a supporting grid (1), a plurality of panels (2) and a plurality of connecting devices (3), for concealed, releasable connection of the panels (2) to the supporting grid (1), wherein the panels (2) together define a surface (4), and in particular form a ceiling, when they are mounted next to one another on the supporting grid (1), wherein the connecting devices (3) are configured in such a way that the panels (2) can be connected to the supporting grid (1) and released from the supporting grid (1) by moving the panels (2), wherein a plurality of fixing parts (5) are provided which, in a fixed position of the mounting arrangement, limit or fix the movement of the panels (2) in such a way that the panels (2) are exactly oriented with respect to one another along the surface (4) and that the connecting device (3) is secured against release of the panels (2).
