METHOD FOR PRODUCING GEOPOLYMER FOAM
A method for producing a geopolymer foam, comprising obtaining a reaction slurry containing aluminosilicate, alkali metal silicate, aggregate, and water, adding a foaming agent to the reaction slurry to form a foaming slurry, and heating the foaming slurry,wherein the aggregate used is mica with an average particle size of 50 to 500 µm and a volume fraction (X) of particles with a particle size of 10 µm or less of 3% or less, andwherein the viscosity of the reaction slurry at 23°C is 3000 to 15000 mPa-s.
