BUILDING BLOCK, BUILDING BLOCK SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BUILDING A WALL
The invention describes a multi-layer building block (1) comprising at least two wooden layers (2), where the building block further comprises a first outer surface (3) and a second outer surface (5) and first to fourth inner surfaces (6, 7, 9, 10), where the first inner surface ( 6) comprises at least one primary locking groove (8a), and second inner surface (7) on the opposite side of the building block (1) comprises at least one primary locking groove (8a) at the same distance(s) from at least one of the outer surfaces (3, 5) as the at least one primary locking groove (8a) of the first the inner surface (6). All wooden layers (2) are glued together or indirectly attached to each other via a functional layer (15) and where each wooden layer includes one or more pieces of wood of approximately the same total thickness over, essentially, the entire area of the wooden layer. Furthermore, the invention includes a building block system which includes a primary locking strip (11a) which can lock the building blocks to each other and a method for building a wall with the building blocks.
