The invention relates to a safety enclosure for animals and people on roads and in other spaces, for preventing the intrusion of animals and people, comprising a main fence (2) consisting of posts (14, 14' 15) with a wire mesh (16), and an active evacuation system comprising an automatic device (7) which, when installed in at least one evacuation area (4) provided at determined points of the enclosure (1), detects the presence of the animals and actuates elements that define escape routes for the animals. As well as the main fence (2), the enclosure comprises at least one secondary fence section (3) that runs parallel to the main fence (2) on the inner side of same, forming a funnel in the evacuation area (4), and two motor-driven doors (6) arranged in the main fence (2) such that they coincide with the ends of the secondary fence section (3), and connected to the automatic actuating device (7).
