Un racor de salida de agua, que comprende un cuerpo de base (1) fabricado a partir de metal o una aleación metálica mediante el método de fundición a presión y que tiene una cavidad en la que se proporcionan varias aberturas (2, 3, 4) por medio de las cuales la cavidad es accesible desde el exterior, estando la cavidad al menos parcialmente llena con un núcleo de colada (5), en cuyo exterior descansa con toda su superficie contra el interior del cuerpo de base (1) al menos en las secciones del cuerpo de base (1), de cuya conformación es responsable el núcleo de colada y en el cual se proporciona al menos un canal (6) para el transporte de fluido, caracterizado por que el núcleo de colada (5) está fabricado de un material cuyo punto de fusión es inferior al punto de fusión del material a partir del cual se produce el cuerpo de base (1).
Die cast component, preferably water outlet fixture, comprises a main body produced from a metal or its alloy in a die casting process, comprising a cavity in which several openings (2, 3, 4) are provided, through which the cavity is accessible from outside. The cavity is at least partially filled with a casting core (5) which is in planar contact with inner side of the main body, and in which at least one channel (6) for conducting fluid is provided. The casting core is provided with reinforcing ribs and/or webs, preferably the channel is provided with the webs which pass through the channel. An independent claim is also included for producing the die cast component, preferably the water outlet fixture, comprising providing a die casting tool with the casting core held in it, producing the main body by die casting, and removing the die casting tool from the main body, where the casting core remains in the main body.
