Un elemento para mover mosquiteras (2), cortinas y similares, del tipo de rodillo que comprende un marco de soporte para una hoja (3) que puede instalarse en una abertura en un elemento del tipo de una pared y similares, comprendiendo dicho marco una caja (4) fija, que está acoplada a un borde de dicha hoja (3) y está asociada de manera estable con un borde correspondiente de la abertura, y una caja (5) móvil, que contiene al menos parcialmente dicho elemento (1), que está fijado en el extremo opuesto a dicha hoja (3) y puede trasladarse bajo mando a lo largo de respectivos medios (6, 7) de guía inferior y superior, a lo largo de una dirección que es sustancialmente perpendicular a dicha caja (4) fija, para su transición desde una primera configuración, en la que dicha hoja (3) se recoge sustancialmente, a una segunda configuración, en la que dicha hoja (3) se extiende para cerrar dicha abertura, y viceversa, comprendiendo dichos medios (6) de guía inferior una pista (6) que está constituida por una pluralidad de segmentos mutuamente articulados que tienen un primer extremo (8), que está acoplado a un primer componente seleccionado entre la base de dicha caja (4) fija y el cabezal (5a) inferior de dicha caja (5) móvil, y un segundo extremo (9), que puede deslizarse dentro de un asiento interior de un segundo componente seleccionado entre el cabezal (5a) inferior de dicha caja (5) móvil y la base de dicha caja (4) fija, comprendiendo dichos medios (7) de guía superior una correa (7) flexible, caracterizado porque dicha correa (7) flexible tiene un primer extremo (10) acoplado a un tercer componente, seleccionado entre la parte superior de dicha caja (4) fija y la parte superior de dicha caja (5) móvil, y un segundo extremo (11), que puede deslizarse dentro de un asiento que es interior o bien al cabezal (5a) inferior de dicha caja (5) móvil o la caja (4) fija, y que está acoplado rígidamente a dicho segundo extremo (9) deslizante de dicha pista (6) aguas abajo de medios (12) de guía adaptados que son interiores a la caja (4, 5) de instalación, proporcionándose medios (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) elásticos para forzar dicho segundo extremo (9) deslizante de dicha pista (6) hacia el parte inferior de la caja (4, 5) de instalación, con la consiguiente tracción de dicha hoja (3) en dicha segunda configuración, en la que dicha hoja (3) se extiende para cerrar dicha abertura.
