Hoja de puerta que comprende un bastidor (4) y un panel de puerta (5) con una hoja delantera (6) y una hoja trasera (7), donde el bastidor (4) está compuesto de perfiles convencionales (9) con una pared delantera (10) y una pared trasera (11), en la parte delantera y en la parte trasera del bastidor (4) respectivamente, una pared interna (12) y una pared externa (13), en el borde interno y el borde externo del bastidor (4) respectivamente, y dispone de un labio (14) orientado hacia adentro en la pared interna (12) de los perfiles (9) para formar una ranura (15) y donde la hoja delantera (6) se adhiere contra la parte delantera del bastidor (4), cubriendo aquí al menos parcialmente la parte delantera del bastidor (4), donde la hoja delantera (6) dispone de medios de agarre (20) que permiten tirar de la hoja delantera (6) contra la parte delantera del bastidor (4), donde estos medios de agarre (20) están formados por una o más abrazaderas a lo largo de la periferia del bastidor (4) con un elemento básico (21) que se fija en la hoja delantera (6), caracterizada por el hecho de que los medios de agarre comprenden además un listón de agarre (22) adherido a la misma que se engancha por detrás de un labio anteriormente mencionado (14) y se puede apretar en el elemento básico (21) hacia la hoja delantera (6).
