Método para fabricar paneles revestidos (1) del tipo que comprende al menos un sustrato (2) y una capa superior (3) con un motivo, estando dispuesta dicha capa superior sobre dicho sustrato (2), en el que el método para realizar la capa superior (3) comprende al menos dos pasos, a saber, un primer paso (S4), en el que se dispone una capa de material sintético (7) sobre el sustrato (2), y un segundo paso posterior (S5), en el que se dispone un relieve sobre la superficie de dicha capa de material sintético (7), en el que dicho relieve comprende un patrón de rebajos (13) y/o proyecciones (14), caracterizado por que este patrón se determina y se logra al menos parcialmente por medio de una técnica de impresión que realiza una o más impresiones (6).
