The invention relates to an anti-lift device (16) and to a window or to a door (10) having such an anti-lift device (16). The anti-lift device (16) can be preferably arranged on the top side of a leaf (12) of the window or of the door (10). The anti-lift device (16) has a first retaining element (30), which is permanently connected to an operating rod arrangement (22). A second retaining element (32) of the anti-lift device (16) can be particularly permanently connected to a fixed frame (14) of the window or door (10). The first retaining element (30) is in particular movable horizontally between a raised position and a retaining position. In the raised position, the first retaining element (30) is spaced apart from the second retaining element (32) far enough that the leaf (12) can be raised and moved. In the retaining position, by contrast, the leaf (12) cannot be raised far enough that the leaf (12) can be removed from the fixed frame (14). In the retaining position, a first bevel formed on the top side of the first retaining element (30) preferably contacts a second bevel of the second retaining element (32) in sections, wherein the second bevel is formed on the bottom side of the second retaining element (32).

The invention relates to an anti-lift device (16) and to a window or to a door (10) having such an anti-lift device (16). The anti-lift device (16) can be preferably arranged on the top side of a leaf (12) of the window or of the door (10).
