Sistema para el montaje/desmontaje de aerogeneradores
Se describe un sistema para el montaje/desmontaje de un aerogenerador en una torre de soporte, que comprende una estructura de fijación intermedia con apoyos hidráulicos para sujeción, por presión, a la torre; una estructura principal capacitada para fijarse a la torre en diversas posiciones de trabajo absorbiendo las diferencias diametrales de esta última; dos brazos pivotantes abisagrados a la estructura principal y posicionables mediante actuadores hidráulicos; una estructura secundaria para izado de los tramos de torre, equipada con cuatro grúas de menor tamaño para manejo de la estructura principal y los brazos pivotantes durante el izado/descenso, y un equipo de contrapeso regulable en altura mediante cabestrantes. La estructura principal y la estructura intermedia incluyen un lateral desmontable para su extracción y separación de la torre durante el desmontaje.
A system for assembling/disassembling a windmill in a supporting tower, comprising a intermediate fixing structure with hydraulic supports for attachment, by pressure, to the tower; a main structure capable of being attached to the tower at various working positions by absorbing the diametral differences of the latter; two pivoting arms hinged to the main structure and capable of being positioned by hydraulic actuators; a secondary structure for hoisting tower segments, equipped with four cranes of a minor size for handling the main structure and the pivoting arms during hoisting/descent, and a counterbalancing group adjustable in height by means of capstans. The main structure and the intermediate structure include a detachable side for their withdrawal and separation from the tower during disassembly.
