The present invention relates to an assembly, segment, section or similar for conveying liquids which is fitted to an installation for conveying and supplying such liquids, in a vertical or approximately vertical section of the installation, with the liquid entering at the top and leaving at the bottom of the lower section, which is to be kept, at least in part, flooded, where the conveyance assembly consists of a single-piece main part which has a "U" section incorporated, constituting a coaxial siphon-effect part. The present invention also relates to an apparatus installed in a liquid supply installation which incorporates in the conveyance assembly, or close to it, a system for measuring the characteristics of the liquid and its flow.
