The present invention relates to a paving support part, comprising a variable-thickness rigid core and a waterproofing sheet which are joined together, the sheet being placed on top of the core, producing a general shape with a front and a back; characterised in that the back of the part is suitable for being attached to a support surface by means of an expanding adhesive foam, for which purpose the back is equipped with grooves suitable for receiving the adhesive foam during the curing and subsequent expansion thereof, while the front is equipped with at least one slope leading to a drainage port or area.
