FALL PROTECTION DEVICE
Un dispositivo de protección anticaídas para un usuario que realiza trabajos sobre superficies horizontales en obras de construcción, que puede adoptar dos posiciones extremas:una operativa de protección y una no operativa de almacenaje. El dispositivo comprende: - un mástil acoplable amoviblemente por su extremo inferior a un elemento fijo de la construcción con posibilidad de pivotar sobre su propio eje vertical; - un brazo provisto en un primer extremo de una unión articulada con el extremo de la parte superior del mástil, siendo libre su segundo extremo y estando configurado el brazo para recibir en una zona del segundo extremo el acoplamiento de unos medios de sujeción y atado del usuario; - una riostra con un primer extremo unido articuladamente al brazo y con un segundo extremo destinado a fijarse, en la posición operativa, en un punto de la parte superior del mástil por debajo del extremo de la parte superior donde el mástil está articulado al brazo.La articulación del primer extremo de la riostra con el brazo es una articulación deslizable a lo largo del brazo.
A fall protection device for a user working on horizontal surfaces in construction sites, which can adopt two end positions: an operating protection position and a non-operating storage position. The device comprises:- a mast that is releasably couplable at the lower end thereof to a fixed element of the construction with the possibility of pivoting on its own vertical shaft;- an arm provided at a first end of an articulated joint that is articulated with the end of the upper portion of the mast, the second end thereof being free and the arm being configured to receive in an area of the second end the coupling of fastening and attachment means for the user;- a strut with a first end articulately joined to the arm and with a second end intended to be fastened, in the operating position, on a point of the upper portion of the mast under the end of the upper portion where the mast is articulated with the arm. The articulation of the first end of the strut with the arm is a sliding articulation that can slide along the arm.
