The system has two anchoring parts (5) fixed in a rebate (9) and comprises a recess with a threading i.e. threaded hole. A support unit (7) has a rod presenting a screw thread on a part of its external surface, where the screw thread cooperates with the threading for connecting the anchoring parts and the support unit. The support unit has a fastening element at its end i.e. conical tip (8), to cooperate with other fastening elements to assemble an object at the anchoring parts. The end of the support unit is supported on bottom of the rebate for blocking the anchoring parts in the rebate. An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing an object on a post of a fence.
