The device (1) has a winch motor (4) fixed to interior of a frame between crossbeams (1000, 1030), where the frame is formed by the crossbeams and side beams (10, 11). A drive pulley (5) and another drive pulley are located at ends of a shaft (3) and respectively receive cables (120, 120', 122, 122') driving a structural platform, where the shaft is assembled to the motor to form a drive shaft. Attachments (130, 130', 132, 132') fix the cables in a cavity forming a swimming pool. Pulleys (110, 110', 112, 112') activate the cables, and are placed along exterior lateral edges of the frame. An independent claim is also included for a swimming pool comprising a mobile bottom device.
