La présente invention se rapporte à un panneau monobloc préfabriqué (100) pour la construction d'un mur. Un panneau monobloc préfabriqué (100) en béton destiné à la construction d'un mur, comprend une base d'appui (2) ayant une surface d'appui (3) destinée à être posée sur le sol et au moins une surface opposée (4) à partir de laquelle s'étend verticalement une paroi (5). Ladite base d'appui (3) s'étend de part et d'autre de ladite paroi (5), ladite paroi (5) présentant deux faces opposées (6, 7). Un tel panneau monobloc préfabriqué (100) présente au moins l'une de ces deux faces opposées qui comporte un parement (8). Celui-ci est choisi parmi du crépis, de la peinture, un habillement d'architecture, du bois, des briques, des pierres, du métal et/ou des végétaux.
