Cette unité d'habitation (1) comprend une première porte palière (11) donnant accès à une partie principale (10), une deuxième porte palière (21) donnant accès à une partie annexe (20) comprenant une chambre (22), des moyens de communication intérieure entre la partie principale (10) et la partie annexe (20), adaptés pour la circulation d'une personne entre la partie principale (10) et la partie annexe (20), au moins un évier (14) et au moins un espace (15) destiné à recevoir des moyens de cuisson, chaque évier (14) et chaque espace (15) destiné à recevoir des moyens de cuisson étant situé dans la partie principale (10).
The unit (1) has a landing door (11) for giving access to a main part (10) e.g. bedroom. Another landing door (21) is utilized for giving access to an annex portion (20) e.g. toilet (26), comprising a chamber (22). A communication unit is provided between the main part and the annex portion to allow a person between the main part and the annex portion. A sink (14) and a space (15) are located in the main part and are utilized for receiving a cooking unit e.g. oven. The communication unit includes an opening (40) for passage of the person.
