    The invention relates to a solar protection device (40) defining an area to be protected (3) against solar radiation of an outer area, comprising at least one panel (4) having opposing outer (4a) and inner (4b) surfaces, the inner surface (4b) of said panel (4) comprises, vertically adjacent in the following order: a first layer having an infrared radiation emissivity rate E1 (%) and a second layer having an infrared radiation emissivity rate E2 (%), the infrared radiation emissivity rate E2 (%) of the second layer being lower than the infrared radiation emissivity rate E1 (%) of the first layer. Said panel (4) is also arranged such that said inner surface (4b) has an infrared radiation emissivity rate E3 (%) that is lower than the infrared radiation emissivity rate E4 (%) of the outer surface (4a).
