Dans des modes de réalisation préférentiels : la partie haute amovible (470) est reliée à la partie support (465) par l'intermédiaire d'une fixation (445) formant rotule verrouillable en position et/ou la fixation de la partie support (465) sur un pied fixe (460) comporte une liaison rotule (480) verrouillable en position.
