The invention relates to a transportable stationary shelter (1) for storing electrical energy storage modules, said shelter comprising side walls (10), a floor (11) and a ceiling (12), which together define an enclosure (14). This shelter is characterised in that said enclosure (14) comprises: - at least one zone (2), called "module storage zone", inside which said electrical energy storage modules are stored in racks; - at least one zone (3), called "electronic management zone", inside which units for electronically managing said modules are grouped together, in that said module storage zone (2) and said electronic management zone (3) are separate from one another and in that the electronic management zone (3) is thermally insulated in relation to the module storage zone (2) and the outside of the shelter by thermal insulation partitions (6) comprising at least one layer of thermally insulating material, so as to maintain a temperature therein that is below the prevailing temperature in said module storage zone (2).
