En particulier, le procédé permet de fabriquer des blocs de granulats légers agglomérés au moyen d'un liant hydraulique favorisant la croissance des végétaux sur leur surface. Les blocs produits par le procédé ont des réseaux de pores interconnectés formant des canaux adaptés au développement racinaire des végétaux.
