La présente invention a pour objet une centrale d'enrobage (1) à chaud mobile comprenant une cuve (5) à symétrie de révolution mobile en rotation sur elle-même et fermée par une première cloison d'extrémité (5a) et une deuxième cloison d'extrémité. La première cloison d'extrémité (5a) présente une pluralité d'ouïes d'aération (7) disposées autour de l'axe de révolution (A) de la cuve (5), lesdites ouïes d'aération (7) présentant chacune une ouverture. La première cloison d'extrémité (5a) comporte une pluralité de déflecteurs, chaque déflecteur étant associé à une ouïe d'aération (7) et est disposé sur la surface interne de la première cloison d'extrémité (5a) en amont de l'ouverture de l'ouïe d'aération (7) associée dans le sens de rotation de la cuve (5), lesdits déflecteurs présentant une hauteur s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de révolution (A) vers l'intérieur de la cuve (5), la première cloison d'extrémité (5a) étant escamotable.
