L’invention concerne un système d’ouvrant (1) sécurisé vis-à-vis des enfants comprenant un bâti (3) et un ouvrant (2) pivotant entre une position fermée et une position ouverte, l’ouvrant (1) étant pouvant en outre être translaté. Le système d’ouvrant (1) comprend une structure de blocage d’ouvrant (10, 12, 14) et une structure de blocage de bâti (11, 13, 15) configurées pour coopérer ensemble pour bloquer l’ouvrant (2) dans la position fermée. Selon l’invention, l’une parmi les structures de blocage d’ouvrant et de bâti (15) est configurée pour être mobile, entre une position de blocage une position de libération de sorte à permettre à la fois la translation et le pivotement de l’ouvrant (2) vers la position ouverte.
