La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de maintien (1) d’un appareil (Ap) de mesure, comprenant un tronçon amont (2) et un tronçon aval (3) destinés à être connectés de manière étanche, respectivement à une tubulure d’entrée (Tbe) et une tubulure de sortie (Tbs) de l’appareil de mesure. Selon l’invention l’un des tronçons dudit dispositif de maintien comporte une portion de conduite mobile, pivotable autour de son axe, d’une course angulaire inférieure à un tour, configurée pour assurer les compressions étanches de joints grâce au travail de cames. Un système de réglage et de rattrapage du jeu comportant une bague crantée permet d’assurer un préréglage avec suppression des jeux, avant serrage des joints par le travail des cames, selon un premier aspect de l’invention, voire remplace le serrage par cames en assurant la compression des joints, par rotation de la bague crantée selon un second aspect de l’invention. . According to the invention, one of the sections of the holding device comprises a movable pipe portion, which is pivotable about the axis thereof, with angular travel of less than one revolution, and which is configured to ensure sealed joint compression as a result of the work of cams. A system for controlling and compensating for clearance, the system comprising a toothed ring, makes it possible to ensure pre-adjustment with elimination of clearances, before clamping the joints through the work of the cams, according to a first aspect of the invention, or even replaces the clamping by cams whilst ensuring joint compression by rotating the toothed ring according to a second aspect of the invention.
