Panneau de construction destiné à la réalisation d’une structure mixte bois/béton, comportant : - une paroi extérieure (PE) verticale ; - une paroi intérieure (PI) verticale parallèle à la paroi extérieure verticale ; - un premier montant (M) vertical perpendiculaire à la paroi extérieure (PE) verticale et à la paroi intérieure (PI) verticale ; - un second montant (F) vertical parallèle au premier montant (M) vertical ;- un panneau fond de linteau (FL) horizontal ; - un panneau lisse basse (LB) horizontal ; et - un coffrage (A) de poteau cylindrique disposé entre le premier montant (M) vertical et le second montant (F) vertical, le panneau fond de linteau (FL) et le panneau lisse basse (LB) présentant une ouverture d’accès au coffrage (A) de poteau, et le panneau fond de linteau (FL), le panneau lisse basse (LB), le premier montant (M) vertical et le second montant (F) vertical formant un caisson.
