L’invention consiste en matériau rigide 1 pour la construction ou l’ameublement comprenant des particules fibreuses reliées entre elles par un liant et son procédé de fabrication. Les particules fibreuses sont des fibres textiles, et le liant appartient à la famille des matériaux thermoplastiques ou thermodurcissables tels que les résines époxy. La proportion de liant dans le poids total est comprise entre 10% et 50%. Le matériau rigide peut être produit sous forme de panneaux 2 ou d’éléments d’ameublement. The invention consists of rigid material 1 for construction or furniture comprising fibrous particles connected together by a binder and the method for manufacturing same. The fibrous particles are textile fibers, and the binder belongs to the family of thermoplastic or thermosetting materials such as epoxy resins. The proportion of binder in the total weight is between 10% and 50%. The rigid material may be produced in the form of panels 2 or of furniture components.
