Dispositif de support d’un rail de remplacement L’invention concerne un dispositif de support (10) d’un rail de remplacement (RA) destiné à être rendu solidaire d’un rail circulé (RC), comprenant : une première partie (A) comportant des moyens de fixation amovibles (A1) à un patin (P) d’un rail circulé (RC),une seconde partie (B) de réception d’un rail de remplacement (RA) , cette seconde partie (B) étant mobile en rotation autour d’un axe (X) relativement à la première partie (A) et comportant deux portions latérales (B3, B4) s’étendant selon une première direction longitudinale (L1) parallèle à l’axe de rotation (X), lesdites deux portions latérales (B3, B4) étant destinées à chacune venir en appui sur une traverse (T), la seconde partie (B) comprenant des moyens de blocage (B2-1, B1-1) d’un rail de remplacement (RA) selon au moins une deuxième direction (L2) perpendiculaire à la première direction longitudinale (L1). The invention relates to a device (10) for supporting a replacement rail (RA) intended to be rigidly connected to a used rail (RC), comprising: - a first part (A) including removable attachment means (A5) for attaching to a base (P) of a used rail (RC); - a second part (B) for receiving a replacement rail (RA), this second part (B) being rotatable about an axis (X) relative to the first part (A) and including two side portions (B3, B4) extending in a first longitudinal direction (L1) parallel to the axis of rotation (X), said two side portions (B3, B4) each being intended to bear on a railway sleeper (T), the second part (B) comprising locking means (B2-1, B1-1) for locking a replacement rail (RA) in at least one second direction (L2) perpendicular to the first longitudinal direction (L1). The invention also relates to a method for using this device.
