L’invention concerne une structure multicouche pour la réalisation d’un revêtement de sol, la structure multicouche (1) étant dépourvue de moyens d’accouplement et comprenant successivement :- une couche supérieure (2) d’usure en PVC comprenant 20 à 50 PCR de plastifiant, et ayant une épaisseur comprise entre 0,3 et 2 mm, de préférence entre 0,5 et 1mm ;- une première armature de renfort (3) ;- une couche de collage (4) en PVC plastifié permettant de lier l’armature de renfort (3) à une couche d’envers (5) ;- ladite couche d’envers (5), laquelle est en PVC compact et comprenant 40 à 60 PCR de plastifiant, et un taux de charge supérieur à 130 PCR, voire supérieur à 150 PCR, voire supérieur à 200PCR et jusqu’à 250 PCR ; - une sous couche moussée (6) en PVC plastifié et chargé ; la couche d’envers (5) présentant une épaisseur comprise entre 0,4 et 2 mm, et la couche de collage (4) comprenant de 20 à 50 PCR de plastifiant et un taux de charge inférieur à 5% en poids de la couche de collage (4) et présentant une épaisseur comprise entre 0,05 et 0,5mm. The invention relates to a multilayer structure for producing a floor covering, the multilayer structure (1) not having coupling means and comprising, in sequence: - an upper PVC wear layer (2) comprising 20 to 70 PHR of plasticiser and having a thickness of between 0.2 and 2 mm, preferably between 0.4 and 1 mm; - a first reinforcing frame (3); -a plasticised PVC bonding layer (4) for bonding the reinforcing frame (3) to a back layer (5); - the back layer (5) which is made of compact PVC and comprises 40 to 60 PHR of plasticiser and a filler content of greater than 130 PHR, or even greater than 150 PHR, or even greater than 200 PHR and up to 250 PHR; - a foamed sub-layer (6) which is made of plasticised and filled PVC; the back layer (5) having a thickness of between 0.4 and 2 mm, and the bonding layer (4) comprising from 20 to 70 PHR of plasticiser and a filler content of less than 5 wt.% of the bonding layer (4) and having a thickness of between 0.05 and 0.5 mm.
