L’invention concerne un dispositif de fixation (1) destiné à assurer la fixation d’un élément fonctionnel externe sur une structure banchée (2) obtenue par coulage et durcissement d’un fluide de coulage à l’intérieur d’un coffrage comportant au moins un élément de coffrage. Le dispositif de fixation (1) comporte une pièce interne (4) qui comprend : une partie de contact (6), délimitant intérieurement une zone de fixation (11) débouchant vers l’extérieur au niveau d’un bord périphérique (12) ; un élément de maintien (7), configuré pour être en contact avec une paroi interne de l’au moins un élément de coffrage, l’élément de maintien (7) étant configuré pour pouvoir être retiré hors de la zone de fixation (11) ; et une partie de fixation (8) délimitant au moins un premier élément de solidarisation (9).
