L’invention concerne un procédé de commande d’un ouvrant (2) d’un véhicule automobile (1) par détection d’un mouvement d’une cible (5), telle qu’une main ou qu’un pied d’un utilisateur, ledit ouvrant (2) étant apte à être déplacé à l’aide d’un actionneur (3) de façon à pouvoir commander sa vitesse d’ouverture et/ou son degré d’ouverture entre une position totalement ouverte, une position totalement fermée et au moins une position intermédiaire partiellement ouverte, ledit procédé comportant les étapes consistant à : émettre, à l’aide d’au moins un émetteur (4), un signal radiofréquence nommé signal émis, destiné à se réfléchir au moins partiellement sur ladite cible (5), recevoir, à l’aide d’au moins un récepteur (4), un signal radiofréquence nommé signal retour, provenant de la réflexion du signal émis sur ladite cible (5), à partir du signal émis et du signal retour , déterminer au moins une caractéristique parmi une vitesse de déplacement, une amplitude linéaire de mouvement et/ou une amplitude angulaire de mouvement, relative à un mouvement de la cible (5) par rapport à une zone déterminée du véhicule, commander le degré d’ouverture et/ou la vitesse d’ouverture de l’ouvrant (2), à l’aide de l’actionneur (3),et en fonction de ladite caractéristique relative au mouvement de la cible (5). The invention relates to a method for controlling an openable panel (2) of a motor vehicle (1) by detecting a movement of a target (5), such as a hand or a foot of a user, the openable panel (2) being able to be moved by means of an actuator (3) so as to be able to control its opening speed and/or its degree of opening between a fully open position, a fully closed position and at least one partly open intermediate position, the method comprising the steps of: - transmitting, by means of at least one transmitter (4), a radiofrequency signal which is referred to as a transmitted signal and is intended to be at least partly reflected off the target (5); - receiving, by means of at least one receiver (4), a radiofrequency signal which is referred to as a return signal and originates from the reflection of the transmitted signal off the target (5); - on the basis of the transmitted signal and the return signal, determining at least one characteristic from among a speed of movement, a linear amplitude of movement and/or an angular amplitude of movement relating to a movement of the target (5) with respect to a predetermined region of the vehicle; and - controlling the degree of opening and/or the opening speed of the openable panel (2) by means of the actuator (3) and on the basis of the characteristic relating to the movement of the target (5).

L’invention concerne un procédé de commande d’un ouvrant (2) d’un véhicule automobile (1) par détection d’un mouvement d’une cible (5), telle qu’une main ou qu’un pied d’un utilisateur, ledit ouvrant (2) étant apte à être déplacé à l’aide d’un actionneur (3) de façon à pouvoir commander sa vitesse d’ouverture et/ou son degré d’ouverture entre une position totalement ouverte, une position totalement fermée et au moins une position intermédiaire partiellement ouverte, ledit procédé comportant les étapes consistant à : émettre, à l’aide d’au moins un émetteur (4), un signal radiofréquence nommé signal émis, destiné à se réfléchir au moins partiellement sur ladite cible (5), recevoir, à l’aide d’au moins un récepteur (4), un signal radiofréquence nommé signal retour, provenant de la réflexion du signal émis sur ladite cible (5), à partir du signal émis et du signal retour , déterminer au moins une caractéristique parmi une vitesse de déplacement, une amplitude linéaire de mouvement et/ou une amplitude angulaire de mouvement, relative à un mouvement de la cible (5) par rapport à une zone déterminée du véhicule, commander le degré d’ouverture et/ou la vitesse d’ouverture de l’ouvrant (2), à l’aide de l’actionneur (3),et en fonction de ladite caractéristique relative au mouvement de la cible (5).
