Support tricoté au moins en partie céramique destiné à la fabrication d’un CMC, comportant un tricot en céramique comportant une répétition de cellules élémentaires, au moins une partie desdites cellules élémentaires étant au moins partiellement obturées par au moins un fil d’obturation, une cellule élémentaire étant définie comme étant le plus petit motif rectangulaire, qui de par sa répétition forme 70%, ou plus, de la surface du tricot, procédé de fabrication d’un CMC à partir d’une préforme imprégnée comportant au moins un support tricoté et CMC ainsi obtenu.
The invention relates to an at least partially ceramic knitted support intended for the manufacture of a CMC, the support comprising a ceramic knit that comprises repeating unit cells, at least one portion of the unit cells being at least partially blocked by at least one blocking yarn, in which more than 40% of the unit cells, by number, are at least partially blocked by a blocking yarn, preferably by a set of blocking yarns, the blocking yarn or all of the blocking yarns together blocking more than 30% of the total surface area of the at least partially blocked unit cells, a unit cell being defined as being the smallest rectangular unit which, by repetition, forms 70% or more of the surface area of the knit; the invention also relates to a method for the manufacture of a CMC from an impregnated preform comprising at least one knitted support and to the CMC obtained thereby.
