The adjuster 20 includes; a transmission unit 13 configured to transmit a setting signal for setting an operating condition of the sensor section 10 to the sensor section 10; an adjustment notification unit 23 configured to receive a completion signal of operating condition setting from the sensor section 10 and give notification of the operating condition, setting of which has been completed; and a target selection unit 25 configured to arbitrarily select a target sensor section 10 intended for the operating condition setting.
