A stainless steel spring wire clip C for use with a fence panel A and a concrete fence post B, the clip C restricts the movement of the fence panel A within the concrete fence post B when it is inserted into the gap between a concrete post B and a fence panel A. The spring wire clip C is self adjusting and preferably S-shaped, which when compressed can be inserted into the gap between the fence panel A and concrete post B. When fitted the clip C exerts pressure against the concrete post B and the fence panel A, restricting the movement of the fence panel A and hence any associated noise. The placement of the spring wire clip C also makes it more difficult for the fence panel A to be lifted or removed
