A mobile continuous weighing mixing plant 100 comprises a mixing chamber 50 and two or more weigh hoppers 31, 32, each independently located above or connected to the mixing chamber 50. Each weigh hopper 31, 32 is provided with at least one discharge system to provide feed material from the weigh hoppers into the mixing chamber. A control system ensures that as one weigh hopper 31 is discharging, the other weigh hopper 32 is being filled. An aggregate belt feeder 20 connects an aggregate bin 10 to a weigh belt feeder 60. An outloading conveyor belt feeder 70 discharges the mixed product from the mixing chamber 50. Weigh hoppers 31, 32, aggregate bin 10, mixing chamber 50, aggregate belt feeder 20, weigh belt feeder 60 and outloading conveyor belt feeder 70 are all mounted on a base frame of the mixing plant.
