Fencing system
The fencing system comprises a rigid plastics ballast container 22 having a ground engaging surface, upstanding walls 28, 30, 32, 34 and a pair of mounting arms 26 connected to the container, each arm having an attachment formation for securing to a fence member. The arms may be manufactured separately and securable to the upstanding walls via snap fitting or adhesive. The fence member may comprise a rail supported between two uprights which are supported by respective feet. The upstanding walls may comprise a front wall 28, a rear wall 30 and a pair of side walls 32, 34, wherein the front wall is lower in height than the side and rear walls. The arms may comprise hooks 26b attached to the side walls and be arranged to hook over a part of the fence member.
