Improvements in and relating to fence panels
The fence panel 1 comprises vertically positionable fence boards 3, 4 fixed to transverse cross rails 2, at least one of the fence boards 4a at least partially overlapping another board at a side edge of the panel to form a pocket into which a slideable end board 3a is releasably received and is movable from a retracted position to an extended position, such that the panel can be lengthened to abut a supporting post. There may be a slideable end board on each side of the panel. The fence boards may be equally spaced and pivotable about their fastenings on the cross rails so the panel can be adjusted to have a trapezoidal shape when on inclined ground. The panel may have a gravel board with bevelled ends. A method of constructing a fence is also claimed.
