The first opening 4 extends along a first longitudinal axis with first and second sides 8, 9 that extend substantially parallel to the first longitudinal axis, each side including a plurality of the indents or lugs along the sides 8, 9.The second part comprises first and second sides 10, 11 each side provided with one or more lugs 7 or indents, each of which is arranged to engage corresponding mating features in the opening in the first part.
