The extruded frame 100 comprises a chamber 110, and the reinforcement member 200 is adjustable between first and second configurations. In the first configuration the reinforcement member is insertable into the chamber, and when in the chamber in the second configuration a portion of the reinforcement member presses against the chamber. The reinforcement member may be adjustable between its two configurations from an end. The first configuration may have a smaller profile than the second. The pressing portion may extend from a first to a second end of the extruded frame. The reinforcement member may have cams 210 which are rotated using a hex key in cavities 212. There may be a plurality of pressing portions. Also claimed is a method of reinforcing the extruded frame using the reinforcement member.
