A flood seal arrangement has a first gasket 100 with a protrusion 126 that extends from a first portion 110 and a second gasket 200 with a recess 226 extending into a second portion 210. The first and second gaskets form a flood seal when the protrusion extends into the recess, this can be broken by separating the two. The first gasket may optionally have a plurality of protrusions 122, 124 which may be adjacently placed where the outermost protrusions may be angled away from their neighbouring protrusions. The second gasket may have a plurality of recesses 222, 224 which may be adjacently placed. These recesses and protrusions may optionally engage to form said seal. The first gasket member may be mounted to a door leaf (Figure 1, 10) and the second to a threshold (Figure 1, 20); this door leaf may be outwardly opening.
