Temporary module assembly system
A temporary module assembly system for performing module assembly work on a construction site comprises a measurement unit, such as a CCD camera 18, for acquiring three-dimensional position information of assembled materials. An operation management unit compares the position information to 3D-CAD data to compute an error between the two. A wearable terminal 14 notifies an operator of the error. The system may comprise an assembly assist gantry provided with a travel crane 56 used to transfer the materials of the module, with the measurement unit disposed in a post of the gantry. The measurement unit acquires 3D information about the arrangement positions and shapes of the materials placed in the gantry, with the operational unit outputting a command signal to the travel crane. A surface plate may be disposed in the gantry, with a projection unit used to project an installation position of a base structure for assembling the module onto the surface plate. The surface plate may comprise wheels to move out of the gantry. A conveyance cart 66 may reciprocate between the gantry and a material storehouse.
