A louvre system, with an inlet and an outlet side defining a primary airflow direction, comprising a frame (Figure 2, 11) including at least one frame member, a first blade 31 mounted to said frame; and a second blade 32 mounted to said frame, wherein the first blade at least partially defines a channel for air flow, the second blade has a flow path separator (Figure 6, 321) located in the channel with a leading edge of the second blade positioned downstream of a leading edge of the first blade in the primary airflow direction. The flow path separator separates the air flow into first and second paths with differing flow rates (Figure 10, F1 and F2) where the flow rate in the first path exceeds that of the second. There may be multiple first and second blades.
