Energy saving apparatus for electric roller shutter
An electric roller curtain contains a curtain unit 1, a fixing unit 2, a signal receiver 3, and a controller (4, fig. 1). The curtain unit 1 includes a driving device 12, curtain 13 and a driving shaft 11 having a chamber 111 and a free connecting portion 112. The fixing unit 2 is configured to fix the curtain unit and includes a mounting rack 21, a first casing 22, a second casing 23, and a free rotating assembly 24 which reduces power consumption of the driving device 12 and facilitates an upward rolling of the curtain 13, when the curtain 13 rolls. The signal receiver 3 is electrically connected with the driving device 12 and includes a casing 31, an electrical coupling portion 32, a power supply module 33, and a receiving module 34. The controller (4, fig. 1) is configured to send a signal to the receiving module 34 in the casing 31 of the signal receiver 3, such that the driving device 12 of the curtain unit 1 is controlled by the controller 4 to operate. The free rotating assembly 24 may include two rotating discs 241 and a flexible driving piece 242 going around the discs.
